At EyeMuse, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on most beauty products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and remain unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EyeMuse account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
